I love these... i remember watching these on PBS in Canada in the early 90's... the video seems just the same as what it looked like on TV... thanks for the trip down memory lane; I'm still seeding by the way.

Thanks for the tip. Hadn't heard of Tim Hunkin before, but the websites are excellent. Particularly enjoyed the page on safe-cracking.

Am seeding the videos...

As you said, the video quality leaves a bit to be desired, but these are some awesome videos! Thanks for the recommendation.

What a brilliant series they were. I'l always remember Tim's manicure - he'd never be a hand-model. Great stuff, especially when they blew up everything at the end.

Yes - they screened on SBS here in Australia, some years ago. I dunno if they ever showed the third season - it may be like the Mystic Unscreened Season Of The Goodies that never made it to the ABC on account of how The Goodies had moved from the BBC to ITV :-).

they are indeed worth downloading, it seems that Tim and Rex hand their hands in most special effects done in the 80's and 90's, Tim made the giant Pink Floyd "Animals" pig for instance.

Hmm... Somehow I envisioned the torrent running faster considering I'm on a University network with a pretty good network connection. I'm seeing about 15-20kbs for an aggregate time of 42 hours for all three.
